So, you will need:

• Long corner made of metal.
• A stand that matches the dimensions of the device.
• Square metal profile.
• 4 corner metal profiles.
• Plate (preferably metal).

The procedure is as follows:

• Attach a long metal corner to the stand. It will keep the “box” from falling. This is necessary because the stand will be at a slight angle when in use.
• Attach 2 smaller corner metal profiles to the bottom of the stand, perpendicular to the wall. Place a piece of pipe between them on a long bolt.

10. Thread a bicycle spoke through the holes. Remember that these holes must be at the same level relative to each other. The knitting needle can be replaced with thick nails, the length of which is approximately 100 mm. 11. Secure the fastener.

• two square plates measuring 20 by 20 cm with a thickness of about 1 cm made of plastic, metal or plywood,
• 4 25mm corners,
• metal pipe with a square section of 2 by 2 cm,
• dowels,
• drill,
• long and short bolts,
• nuts,
• washers,
• hacksaw for metal.

In one slab, we make 4 holes in the corners with a drill to attach the bracket to the wall. We drill holes in the second plate according to the location of the fasteners on the back wall of the TV. We cut the pipe into three sections. The first will be attached to the wall bracket holder, the second will connect the parts, the third will be attached to the holder plate on the TV. The length of the segments is chosen arbitrarily. We paint all the parts with paint and leave to dry.

We screw the corners symmetrically into the center of each slab so that the pipe placed between them can move freely. We fix each corner with two bolts. We place the corners horizontally on the wall plate, and vertically on the TV plate to adjust the angle of the screen. We fasten the pipe sections between the corners using a long bolt, placing additional washers between the pipe and the corner. We will need:

We cut the bar into two identical lengths 15 cm longer than the back panel of the TV. We screw screws with rings into the upper end of each plank at a symmetrical distance from the edge. Conventionally, we can say that the middle of the screen should be located at a distance from 70 to 175 cm from the floor level. Typically, the TV hangs at a distance of 1.2-1.4 m. When choosing a placement height, you need to take into account that the heads of household members should not tilt forward or backward, as this creates a load on the cervical spine, which leads to the spread of osteochondrosis. Opposite the human eye should be only the center of the monitor or at least its upper third.
2. Bedroom. Ideal place to place the device in the bedroom - directly opposite the bed. This way it will be comfortable to watch while reclining. The center of the screen should still be in front of the person's eyes, but the angle of the screen should be changed to 30 degrees. This will create a direct view from a half-sitting or lying position. You can experiment and try different positions. If discomfort is felt, lower or raise the device.
3. Kitchen area. Small TV units are often mounted to the wall in kitchen area. If you don’t want to purchase a special TV bracket in a store, you can make it yourself according to the following diagram:

1. To assemble the contraction, you will need four corners made of aluminum or other durable material. The TV bracket itself will be made from them yourself. You also need to find 1 bicycle spoke, which will be used as an additional fastening. It is advisable to look for a corner made of aluminum, since it is much easier to process than other metals. The dimensions are not so important, the main thing is that they exactly coincide with the holes located on the body of the device and on the corner itself.
2. 2 holes are made in the parts in order to attach the iron to the TV through them.
3. One hole is also made in the upper part where a knitting needle will be placed to better fix the TV to the wall.
4. We connect the finished parts to the TV body with M4 bolts. The remaining pair is securely mounted to the wall (after pre-drilling - 2 holes for bolts, 1 on top for a spoke).
5. Each of the holes made must be ideally located opposite each other so that the device is securely mounted without distortion.
6. Once all the parts are prepared, you can mount the TV device on the wall. To do this, the TV is lifted and aligned with the mounts. Next, the knitting needle is inserted. If there are no bicycle spokes, it can be replaced with a regular nail. The larger the TV, the thicker the nail should be.

Making wall fasteners and do-it-yourself installation is complete. To simplify assembly, it is advisable to draw up a drawing for yourself on paper with exact dimensions, so that you can then navigate around it.

Difficulties arise when the TV is to be mounted to a plasterboard wall. It's extremely fragile construction material, which may not withstand the load if improperly fixed.

Experts advise in this case to use the following types installation:

1. Using a butterfly dowel, provided that the TV weighs no more than 15 kg. This is a 42 inch unit. Otherwise, the wall will crumble after a short period of time.
2. Using a magnet, locate the screws that hold the drywall to the track. Afterwards, you can hang a homemade or purchased bracket to the metal profile that is located behind the sheet wall.

If there are doubts that the drywall will support the weight of the TV set, then it is advisable not to take risks and fix it to the ceiling through the holder.

How to hang a TV on the wall without a bracket

When installing a TV on a wall without a bracket, you need to make sure that there is a small distance of a few cm between the wall and the TV unit (most instructions do not contain this instruction, so you should not forget about this). This will create ventilation and prevent the TV from overheating during operation.

Instructions:

1. IN hardware store buy metal corners, anchors and metal plates.
2. The plates should be 4 mm thick - ideal for making a frame that exactly fits the size of the TV device.
3. In the back panel of the TV (after removing it), make holes for the grooves where the bolts will be placed. The diameter depends on the thread of the bolts purchased.
4. Four corners are bolted to the frame.
5. We fix the resulting structure to the TV panel.
6. We securely attach the four corners to the wall with the same distance between the corners that are on the TV panel. The metal corners already have ready-made holes (3) to make it easier to select the desired position.
7. The corners are fastened together using bolts and nuts.

It remains to check the reliability of the fastening. If the TV device does not wobble on its holders, then it is installed well. If in doubt, it is better to remove the TV and securely secure the anchors to the wall. Otherwise, there is a risk of expensive equipment overturning.

Flat LCD TVs are often mounted on the wall; it looks stylish and modern. Conventional CRT TVs are also mounted on the wall, but to save space, this is most often true in the kitchen. LCD TV Bracket

Based on the type of construction, the bracket is divided into two types:

• The fixed screen, which mounts the equipment motionless to the wall, cannot tilt or rotate the screen, but the mounting system is very simple;
• Rotating - is a design that allows you to move the TV body by turning it in the desired direction. Some types of design also provide for changing the vertical angle of the screen, which is very convenient when the TV weighs high.

As mentioned above, the fixed bracket is attached very simply and does not require large material costs for components that are easy to find.

Almost all you need are two strips of wood, preferably hardwood. In length they should be 10 or 15 centimeters longer than the back wall of the TV case. To ensure that the screen is slightly tilted, you can take the top bar a couple of centimeters thicker than the bottom.

Two self-tapping screws with a ring are screwed to the upper edge of the planks, as shown below.

The slats are secured with bolts to the back wall of the TV at the top and bottom. The distance between the rings and between the boards is carefully measured in order to project the location of the rings on the wall. At these points, hooks are attached to the wall, on which the structure is suspended.

This mounting system is very reliable, easy to use and suitable for large screen models with a diagonal of 26 inches or larger.

Swivel bracket

LCD displays have limited viewing angles, so a wall bracket with rotating mechanism will provide convenient viewing from any part of the room.

You will need two plates made of metal, plastic or wood. The size depends on the dimensions of the TV; the larger and heavier it is, the larger the plates should be. For small model plates 20*20 cm and thickness 8 mm are suitable. One plate will be attached to the wall, and the second to the TV.

Fastening will be provided by four metal corners, two for each plate. A piece of pipe will be responsible for rotary and inclined movements, it is better to take a profile square shape to make it easier to fasten it, fit size 2*2 cm.

We screw two corners to the plate so that the pipe fits between them and it can rotate freely. The pipe itself is installed between the corners on a long bolt, as indicated in the drawing, and secured with nuts.

On a plate that is attached to the wall, the corners should be fixed parallel to the floor, which will allow the structure to be moved to the right and left. On the second plate, which is attached to the TV, the corners are fixed perpendicular to the floor so that you can adjust the angle of the screen.

For greater maneuverability, you can use two sections of pipe, which are interconnected with a long bolt and secured with nuts, as shown in the drawing. This technique will allow you to adjust the distance from the wall to the TV.

How to make a wall bracket for a CRT TV

CRT TVs are thicker and heavier than LCDs, with the same diagonal dimensions. As a rule, such TVs are mounted on the wall to save space in the apartment.

Due to its dimensions, mounting to the rear wall of the case is considered unsafe, so we will look at the structure of a wall bracket with a stand on which the TV is mounted. According to the principle of its structure, it is similar to the previous version of the rotating design for the LCD display.

You will need:

• A stand that matches the size of the TV. It is better to make it from a sheet of metal so that it can withstand loads well;
• Long metal corner;
• Metal square profile;
• Four metal corners for attaching the pipe;
• The plate for attaching the structure to the wall is better if it is made of metal.
