2. Steels used for the manufacture of scaffolding must have impact strength at a temperature of minus 40 °C not less than 3 · 10 5 J/m 2. Impact strength tests should be carried out in accordance with GOST 9454.

Wooden shields scaffolding must be made of planks coniferous species 2nd grade according to GOST 8486, subjected to antiseptic protection.

Wooden deck boards and side fencing of scaffolding must be deeply impregnated with a fire retardant compound.

1.3.6. The service life of forests must be at least five years.

1.3.7. Scaffolding must have fences to prevent people and various objects from falling.

1.3.8. The height of the fence railings must be at least 1.1 m.

1.3.9. The railing of the fence must withstand a concentrated static load of 700 N (70 kgf), applied in the middle of the element in the direction perpendicular to its axis, alternately in the horizontal and vertical planes.

1.3.10. The fence must have at least one intermediate horizontal element or mesh.

1.3.11. The height of the side fencing of the scaffolding must be at least 0.15 m.

1.3.12. All load-bearing horizontal scaffolding elements must withstand a concentrated static load of 1300 N (130 kgf) applied in the middle of the element.

1.3.13. The mass of scaffolding assembly units during manual assembly should not exceed 30 kg.

1.4. Completeness

1.4.1. Scaffolding must be supplied complete. Package Included:

A set of scaffolding (racks, crossbars, etc., as well as fastenings to building structures);

Passport with operating instructions.

1.4.2. By agreement with the customer, the delivery set includes containers for transportation and storage of scaffolding.

1.4.3. By agreement with the customer, scaffolding can be supplied without flooring panels.

1.4.4. The volume of the scaffolding set for delivery must be: 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 m (the area of ​​​​the scaffolding projection on the building wall).

1.5. Marking

1.5.1. Basic load-bearing elements scaffolding must be marked. The marking is applied in a way that preserves it throughout the entire life of the scaffold.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Scaffolding must meet all the requirements of GOST 24258-80 and the requirements set out in the relevant sections of this standard. Scaffolding must be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to design documentation approved in the prescribed manner. 1.2.

1.3. Characteristics 1.3.1. Scaffolding must be manufactured in climatic design U in accordance with GOST 15150-69 and limiting the lower temperature limit to minus 40 ° C. 1.3.2. For the manufacture of scaffolding elements, pipes in accordance with GOST 3262-75 and GOST 10704-76 must be used. 1.3.3. Pipes for the manufacture of forest elements must be without threads, straight and free of dents, cracks and other defects that impair the strength of the elements. 1.3.4. 2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. To verify compliance of scaffolding with the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer must conduct acceptance and periodic tests. 2.2. Each scaffolding element must be subjected to acceptance tests individually. 2.3. Acceptance tests should include: checking the quality of manufactured scaffolding elements and establishing their compliance with the requirements design documentation ; checking the quality of welds; quality check paint coatings

; checking scaffold markings. 2.4. One set of scaffolding that has passed acceptance tests out of 100 manufactured is subjected to periodic testing, but at least once every three years. 2. 5. Periodic tests should include: checking the mass of scaffolding; control assembly of scaffolding; and testing timber for strength and stability. 2.6. Tests for strength and stability must be carried out in the working position of the scaffold. It is allowed to carry out control assembly and tests for strength and stability on a fragment consisting of a minimum set of scaffolding (500 m2), with a height of at least 20 m, with loads that fully simulate the loads that arise when installing scaffolding on maximum height.

3. CONTROL METHODS 3.1. The geometric dimensions of scaffolds and their elements are checked with a tape measure in accordance with GOST 7502-80, a metal ruler in accordance with GOST 427-75, a rod compass in accordance with GOST 166-80 or other tools that ensure measurement accuracy of up to 1 mm and verified by metrological and USSR State Standard organizations in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.002-86. 3.2. Quality welds

check visually for compliance with GOST 3242-7 9. 3.3. The color quality is determined visually.

4.1. Transportation of scaffolding is carried out by any type of transport, ensuring their safety of scaffolding elements from damage. 4.2. It is not allowed to dump products during unloading, dragging or other actions that could cause damage to structural elements. 4.3. They are transported and stored in bags and boxes and can be stacked on top of each other in no more than three tiers. 4.4. Scaffolding elements must be stored in indoors or under a canopy on pads that prevent contact with the ground. 4.5. Forests are transported and stored in accordance with GOST 15150-69 according to the group of storage conditions OZh4 (in terms of exposure to environmental climatic factors).

5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Scaffolding must be operated in accordance with SNiP III-4-80 and the operating instructions for specific types of scaffolding.

6. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

6.1. The manufacturer guarantees compliance of the scaffolding with the requirements of this standard provided that the consumer complies with the conditions of transportation, storage and operation. Warranty period - 12 months. from the date of commissioning of the scaffolding, but no later than 6 months. from the date of their receipt by the consumer. 6.2. Manufacturer within warranty period repairs or replaces free of charge all scaffold elements that have become unusable due to his fault; replacement must be made within 1 month. from the date of receipt of the notification.
