Delicious banana pancakes recipe

Fluffy and soft oatmeal pancakes taste better, and in terms of their beneficial properties, they are much healthier than pancakes made from wheat flour. If you don't have oatmeal on hand, don't worry. Homemade wholemeal oatmeal is ideal for this dish. To prepare such flour at home, you just need to grind oatmeal with a coffee grinder or blender.


To prepare we will need:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. Sahara
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 ripe banana (very ripe)
  • 2 tbsp. l. yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. l. oat flour (oat flakes ground into flour)
  • a pinch of salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Beat the whites with sugar until fluffy (no need to beat the whites until they reach sharp peaks).

2. Add yogurt, cinnamon, salt and baking powder to the protein. Mix everything carefully so that the whites do not settle.

3. Mash the banana with a fork, add to the total mass and mix carefully again.


4. Gradually add oatmeal until the consistency of pancake batter (thick sour cream).


5. Heat a frying pan, grease with oil. Bake over medium heat with the lid on. A signal that it is time to turn the pancakes over is the appearance of bubbles on the surface. After turning over, you can reduce the heat and bake until done.

Dietary apple-banana pancakes


To prepare we will need:

  • Oat flakes (instant cooking) – 100 grams
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Banana (very ripe) – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 150-200 g.
  • Sugar – 1-2 tsp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil for frying

1. Pour hot milk over the cereal, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. for swelling.

2. Peel the apple, remove the core with seeds and grate it on a coarse grater.

3. Mash a very ripe banana with a fork and mix with grated apple.


4. Add egg, sugar, salt and mix all ingredients well.

5. Add the swollen flakes to the fruit mixture and mix our dough until smooth.

6. Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan and spoon out the dough in portions. You can use a spoon to spread the dough a little over the surface of the pan so that the pancakes are baked better.


Cook the pancakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

A wonderful breakfast is ready! Can be served with sour cream and fresh fruit. Bon appetit!
